What we require from you:

• Achieving sales targets (3 million in the first month, 4 million from the second month onwards, with an average order value of 107,000).
• Sales from the first day - an average of 5 targeted inquiries per day.
• Working with a CRM system, ensuring up-to-date status for each inquiry.
• Zero unprocessed inquiries by the end of the day.

• Prospecting new clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.

What we offer:

• Salary of 40,000 in the first month (based on achieving sales targets), 60,000 from the second month onwards (fixed salary + KPI + % based on sales target achievement).
• Working schedule: 5 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MSK (to be discussed). Address: Sevodorozhny Passage, Building 7, Severodvinsk.
• Probationary period of 1 month.
